Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your registered activity, you may apply this fee to any remaining activity in the 2011 schedule.
In the result of a change to the posted schedule, Eyecare Educators will provide refunds to those who can no longer attend the rescheduled activity.
